Is it possible to cancel or modify my order?
If you wish to cancel or make changes to your order, please reach out to us within 12 hours of placing the order. Once the order enters
the preparation stage for delivery, no cancellations or modifications can be made. Please note that a 5% bank processing and handling
fee will be applied to each item being refunded for any cancellations.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
We apologize for any inconvenience caused. If you receive a damaged, faulty, or incorrect product, please do not worry. Simply take
a picture or video of the issue and email it to us at info@felinefancy.com. We will arrange for a replacement order or provide you with
store credits for future use. We always strive to inspect the quality of our products before shipping them to you. However, please note
that we cannot accept exchanges or refunds for products that do not meet your expectations unless they are defective.
Requirements for Returns and Refunds
1. To initiate a return or exchange, please send a request to contact at info@felinefancy.com, including the following details:
- Your order number
- Evidence in the form of pictures or videos showing the problem or defect
2. In order to be eligible for a return or exchange, the following conditions must be met. Failure to meet these conditions will result in
the buyer being responsible for all associated fees, and no refund will be issued:
- The item must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged.
- The item must be returned to us in its original packaging with all original labels.
- The item must be returned to us within 14 days of receipt.
Please note that prior discussion and authorization are required before returning an item. Returns without prior approval will not be accepted.
Returns
For returns, please use registered mail with an online delivery tracking number. If the returned order cannot be tracked during transit, we
cannot guarantee a safe reception. We appreciate your understanding regarding this matter. Please be aware that in the following cases, you
will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning the item:
- Incorrect order: If you ordered the wrong product or the incorrect size, you will need to cover the shipping fee for both the return to our warehouse and the replacement.
- Unwanted item: If you no longer want the item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product to initiate a return.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email notifying you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the
refund will be issued to the original payment method within 1 week. Please note that all shipping costs for the original order are non-refundable.
Additionally, a 5% bank processing and handling fee will be deducted from your refunded amount for each item being refunded.
Exceptions/Non-Returnable Items
Please be aware that certain items are not eligible for return due to hygiene reasons. We apologize for any inconvenience caused, but the following
categories cannot be returned:
- Swimwear, bodysuits, lingerie, sleepwear, earrings, and body piercings
- Health and personal care items
- Sanitary goods
- Final sale items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for sale items or gift cards. Additionally, all custom-made and personalized products are non-returnable.
