These terms apply when you use our website and when you buy from us. Please read them together with our Shipping Policy, Returns and Refunds Policy and Privacy Policy. Our store is hosted on Shopify.
Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

1. Using our store
You must be at least 18, or using our site with the permission of a parent or guardian. You must not use our products or website for any unlawful purpose, or try to damage or disrupt the website.

2. General conditions
We may refuse service to anyone, but never on unlawful grounds. Card details are always encrypted when sent over networks. You may not copy, resell or exploit any part of our website without our written permission. Headings are for convenience only.

3. Accuracy of information
We work hard to keep product information, images and prices accurate and up to date. Colours can look slightly different on different screens. If we find an error in a product description or price after you've ordered, we'll contact you, and you can choose to continue or cancel for a full refund.

4. Prices and changes to our store
Prices can change, but the price you pay is the price shown when you place your order. We may change or discontinue products or parts of the website at any time.

5. Products
Some products are available in limited quantities. We may limit the quantities sold per person or per order. Our products are supplied in line with your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Returns, refunds and faulty items are covered by our Returns and Refunds Policy.

6. Orders and account information
Please give us accurate and complete information when you order. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if a product is out of stock, a price is clearly wrong, or we suspect fraud or resale. If we cancel your order, we'll tell you and refund you in full.

7. Third-party tools and links
Our website may link to, or use, tools and websites run by other companies. We don't control them, and their own terms and privacy policies apply when you use them.

8. Comments, reviews and feedback
If you send us comments, reviews or ideas, we may use them without paying you. You must not post anything unlawful, offensive, misleading or that infringes anyone else's rights. We may remove content that breaks these rules.

10. Errors and omissions
Occasionally our website may contain errors about products, prices, delivery charges, delivery times or availability. We'll correct them as soon as we can. If an error affects an order you've placed, we'll contact you before going ahead, and you can cancel for a full refund.

If we fail to comply with these terms, we're responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care and skill. We're not responsible for loss or damage that isn't foreseeable.
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, for breach of your statutory rights, or for anything else that the law doesn't allow us to limit or exclude.
We supply our products for domestic and private use only. We're not liable to you for any loss of profit, loss of business, business interruption or loss of business opportunity.

13. Severability
If a court decides any part of these terms is unlawful or unenforceable, the rest of the terms remain in force.

14. Ending your use of our website
We may suspend or stop your access to our website if you seriously break these terms. This doesn't affect orders you've already paid for or your rights in relation to them.

15. Entire agreement
These terms, together with our Shipping Policy, Returns and Refunds Policy and Privacy Policy, are the whole agreement between you and us about your use of our website and your orders. If we don't enforce a right straight away, we can still enforce it later.

16. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. You can bring legal proceedings in the courts of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can also bring proceedings in the courts there. Nothing in these terms removes the mandatory consumer protections of the country where you live.

17. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The terms in force when you place your order apply to that order.
